New paddlers are encouraged to join us on the 1st Sunday of each month, but experienced paddlers are welcome to join us after signing THIS WAIVER. Bring water, and be prepared for a workout! This is an OC1 only practice, not dragon boat. Open to members of SDDBT. Guests are allowed to attend 3 practices before they will be asked to join as a member. This practice is ideal for beginner/intermediate OC1 paddlers, but this is a group workout, not an introduction to OC1 course. You should be capable of paddling on your own safely (steering, huli recovery, etc.)
