This is the Race Practice for crews racing at MDR next week!
New paddlers are encouraged to join us on the 1st Sunday Practice of each month, but experienced paddlers are welcome to join us after signing a waiver. Bring water, and be prepared for a workout!
Please remember to park outside the gate and close the gate behind you.
