Please come 15 minutes prior to the actual time listed. New paddlers are encouraged to join us on the 1st Sunday of each month, but experienced paddlers are welcome to join us after signing a waiver. Bring water, and be prepared for a workout!
This will be a beginner-friendly workout. We are running time trials at the same time, so be ready to be flexible with the schedule.
Please remember to park outside the gate and close the gate behind you.
